Our cured hams come from the homelands of Iberian pig – Dehesa de Extremadura and Guijuelo (Salamanca).

Their weight varies from 7 ½ kg to 8 kg, and they are cured for 36-48 months.

Taste and flavor are intense and very sweet. Best experienced when cut by hand in very thin slices.
