The Iberian pork rib is fattier than that of regular pork, both on the outer region and in inner infiltration.

The whole rib weight is around 1.750 and 2 kg. It is much tastier and tenderer than regular pork’s, very suited for rice and stew courses.

Charcoal-grill and oven are also good alternatives for this exquisite piece.
